Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is hiring a Manager, Embedded Software Engineer 1 in Linthicum, Maryland, to oversee and coordinate people, resources, processes, and software solutions for the Software Integration and Test organization. The role provides technical oversight of embedded software design, development, integration, and testing; leads Agile software development; manages team performance and career development; and coordinates with systems and hardware disciplines. The position requires full-time on-site work, a DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and related STEM education and software engineering leadership experience. Travel may be required up to 25%, and the primary salary range is $127,000 to $190,600.
