Eos Energy Enterprises is hiring a Manager of Embedded Software Engineering to lead firmware development for Battery Management Systems, manage a team of embedded software engineers, and ensure safety-critical compliance with UL 60730 Annex H and related standards. The role covers C/C++ and STM32 microcontroller development, CAN/CANFD, RS-485, I2C, and SPI communication protocols, hardware-software integration, safety validation, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning. A bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering and at least eight years of experience are required; a master's degree is preferred.
