The Emergency Behavioral Health Services Manager leads operational leadership, staffing, performance management, care coordination, compliance, and quality improvement for 24/7 behavioral health services across multiple WellSpan acute-care hospital emergency departments. The role includes liaison work with hospital leadership, crisis services, community partners, and internal departments, with an estimated 20% travel requirement and weekday daytime hours plus an on-call weekend component. A master’s degree in a behavioral health or related human services field and five years of behavioral health or clinical experience are required; emergency or crisis experience and relevant clinical licenses are preferred.
