Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manager - HRBP for its Louisville Assembly Plant, a manufacturing facility undergoing transformation into the future home of the Ford Fathom™. The role leads the plant’s HR organization, partners with plant leadership and union representatives, manages employee relations and union matters, oversees investigations and labor agreements, and drives employee engagement, workforce planning, recognition, and operational excellence. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of relevant experience, Power BI proficiency, and application or program development experience; it is an onsite leadership-level 6 role with a base salary range of $115,500–$218,100 and no visa sponsorship.
