Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manager - HRBP for its Louisville Assembly Plant, a manufacturing facility undergoing transformation into the future home of the Ford Fathom™. The role leads the plant’s HR organization, partners with plant leadership and union representatives, and owns employee relations, union relations, benefits, compensation, training, organizational development, communications, recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, recognition, and employee engagement. The manager will also oversee investigations, grievances, labor agreements, compliance, and employee relations analytics, while leading and developing the HR team. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8–10 years of relevant experience, Power BI proficiency, and application or program development experience; compensation ranges from $115,500 to $218,100, and visa sponsorship is not available.
