Description
The Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the Engineering Department, overseeing engineers and technicians as they develop, test, modify, and troubleshoot products. The role collaborates with management, production, and marketing; assesses project feasibility; supports design, quality analysis, engineering calculations, cost reduction, budgets, and forecasts; and recruits, assigns, directs, and evaluates engineering staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of relevant engineering experience, with strong analytical, interpersonal, and complex-problem-solving skills.
