Northrop Grumman is hiring a Site Lead (Manager 2) to lead and manage the Triton MQ-4C Maintenance/FSE Team supporting U.S. Navy forces at an overseas OCONUS location, primarily the United Arab Emirates. The role directs Field Service Engineers, schedules maintenance activities, coordinates with Integrated Project Teams, and oversees safety, technical directives, and program objectives. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree with 9 years of related engineering experience or a master’s degree with 7 years, two years of systems test or integration experience, flight operations experience, MQ-4C aircraft experience, and an active US Government Secret clearance. The assignment is at least 24 months, requires 100% travel and relocation, and offers a primary salary range of $133,200 to $199,800 plus potential allowances and benefits.
