StandardAero is hiring an Engineering & Operations Manager in Winnipeg to lead the day-to-day operations of an aerospace engine test facility. The role oversees repair, overhaul, remanufacturing, and testing activities; workforce planning, scheduling, labor costs, budgets, forecasts, customer coordination, safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and team performance. Candidates need an associate degree or higher in engineering or equivalent education and experience, at least five years leading or supervising employees in a manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or operations environment, and at least three years in production, operations, repair, overhaul, testing, or manufacturing.
