SimSpace is hiring an Engineering Manager for an Application Team to lead and grow a full-stack engineering team responsible for end-to-end product features across React frontend, Kotlin services, and APIs. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical guidance, including architecture, delivery, technical debt, quality standards, hiring, performance management, and cross-team collaboration. Candidates need at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineers, along with strong full-stack technical depth and Agile leadership. The position offers a base salary of $160,000–$220,000, annual bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and other wellness and equity benefits.
