Description
6sense is seeking a senior engineering leader to lead sprint delivery for a team of 6–12 engineers, review code and AI-generated output, define human sign-off and technical boundaries, contribute to architecture and patents, coach engineers, support hiring, and manage escalations and P1/P2 support SLAs. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing teams of 5 or more, a relevant computer science or software engineering degree, platform or infrastructure engineering experience, and proficiency in Python or Java.
