AbbVie is hiring a Project Engineering Manager to lead a site’s Project Engineering Department, manage engineers and supervisors, oversee project budgets and delivery, plan capital projects, and ensure compliance with engineering standards, EHS, quality, and GMP manufacturing requirements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, at least eight years of experience including individual contributor and supervisory work, strong communication and business acumen, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
