Armor is hiring a Manager, Engineering to lead and manage a software engineering team while contributing hands-on production code, architecture, code reviews, release management, incident response, and engineering hiring. The role requires a track record of shipping customer-facing software, AI-assisted development, cloud and containerized application delivery, data-platform expertise, and strong leadership and communication skills. It is a full-time in-office position based in Pune, India, requiring on-site presence five days per week.
