The role owns team outcomes, collaborates with Product Management, drives engineering excellence, supports architecture and technology evolution, and manages distributed teams across locations. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams, scaling organizations, operating production systems, and working with modern software delivery practices. The role offers a salary range of $160,000–$208,000 CAD, stock options, health and dental benefits, and remote working subsidies.
