Description
The Process Engineering Manager leads and coaches engineering, maintenance, and technician teams at thermal-electric-cooler assembly factories, overseeing yield, scrap rates, process improvements, new-product and process transfers, troubleshooting, vendor and part qualification, and production targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least eight years of related engineering and technology experience in light-industry manufacturing, and three years of managerial or leadership experience. The position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and machine oils and may support ISO quality and environmental management systems.
