Description
The Process Engineering Manager leads and coaches engineering, maintenance, and technician teams at Thermal Electric Cooler assembly factories, overseeing yield, scrap reduction, process improvements, new-product and process transfers, troubleshooting, vendor and part qualification, and production targets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least eight years of related engineering and technology experience in light-industry manufacturing, and three years of managerial or leadership experience. Semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred, and the position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals and machine oils.
