Description
The Delivery Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of software features, services, or platforms from discovery through deployment, managing dependencies, risks, issues, roadmaps, and delivery commitments across squads and functions. The role facilitates collaboration, removes impediments, supports stakeholder communication and forecasting, coordinates go-live and hypercare activities, and helps maintain quality, security, compliance, and release-readiness standards. It requires at least five years of senior delivery experience, complex software or digital transformation delivery experience, Agile and flow-based delivery knowledge, and strong stakeholder and facilitation skills.
