Description
Druva is hiring a Manager, Engineering to lead a team of 10 to 13 engineers responsible for delivering features and enhancements for scale-out distributed systems and applications on its Product Platform. The role spans product development, release management, operational reliability, incident response, API and migration contracts, engineering practices, and talent management. Candidates need 10–15 years of product development experience, at least two years managing 5+ engineers, and experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS services, cloud technologies, and containerized deployments.
