Description
FM Industries is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in its plant. The role develops and improves manufacturing methods, creates routings, bills of material, fixtures, assembly instructions, and engineering change orders, estimates production costs and staffing, and coordinates with customers, engineering, vendors, and factory employees. The position requires a bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering and 7–10 years of precision manufacturing experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with occasional cleanroom and manufacturing-floor visits.
