Garner Health is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Business Productivity team in New York City. The manager will lead an engineering team embedding AI into internal business workflows, partner with business units to deliver productivity-focused features, own secure and reliable core services, and set technical direction across AI adoption, employee efficiency, and foundational improvements. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience, 2+ years managing engineering teams, and experience building web applications and APIs on cloud infrastructure. It is a hybrid office role requiring work in the New York City office three days per week.
