Description
Insight Software is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the development, support, and maintenance of its Disclosure Management Product. The role owns end-to-end software delivery, technical design, architecture, code quality, sprint execution, project planning, and release delivery in an Agile-SCRUM environment. The manager will mentor engineers, guide the product roadmap, improve development processes, and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering depth, at least 12 years of hands-on enterprise SaaS development experience on the .NET/C# stack, and at least 2 years of engineering team management experience.
