Description
KLDiscovery is hiring a remote Manager, Software Engineering to develop and maintain software applications for its products and services, oversee software development projects, coordinate with business and other departments, remove impediments, and mentor entry- and mid-level software developers. The role also includes performance management, budgeting, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation management, with occasional travel. Candidates need at least two years of leadership, training, and mentoring experience and 10+ years of software development experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
