Molex is hiring an Engineering Manager, Product Validation in Tamsui District, New Taipei, to lead product verification and testing for the Copper Solutions Business Unit. The role develops validation plans, conducts mechanical, electrical, functional, performance, reliability, interoperability, stress, and regression testing, collaborates with design and global stakeholders, manages lab logistics and testing equipment, investigates defects, and coordinates with external vendors and test houses. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, approximately five years of product verification and performance testing experience, and relevant electromechanical durability and reliability testing experience.
