Description
The Manager, Engineering will lead the engineering team responsible for 24/7 stability, performance, and scalability of CI/CD pipelines and core developer-productivity platforms. The role owns reliability for tools including GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gerrit, and repository services; maintains 99.9%+ uptime; drives automation and pipeline optimization; oversees incident response and root-cause analysis; and coordinates with engineering, security, and platform teams. The position requires experience leading technical teams in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure environments, along with broad enterprise CI/CD and repository-tool expertise. It is a hybrid role with at least three onsite days per week in applicable locations and offers a base salary of USD $147,000 to USD $294,000 per year.
