Ryder is hiring a Manager Engineering to lead complex supply chain and distribution or transportation operations projects, supervise engineers, support sales and customer solutions, develop proposals, plan resources, and implement continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain, or at least eight years of relevant experience, along with Total Work Systems (TQM) advanced, Six Sigma Green Belt, and CPIM qualifications. Compensation is $140,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits for full-time positions.
