SimCorp is hiring an Engineering Manager – Data Management to lead engineering teams responsible for delivering platform changes, upgrades, and major releases across enterprise data management products and customer environments. The role owns change governance, release readiness, production stability, data quality, architectural decisions, risk mitigation, compliance, people leadership, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement, while applying .NET/C#, cloud-native, CI/CD, and AI-assisted engineering practices. The position follows a global hybrid policy requiring two days per week in the office.
