Syndigo is hiring a Manager, Engineering to lead a high-performing engineering team of 8–12 software engineers and drive the delivery, quality, reliability, and scalability of mission-critical systems. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, technical direction, architecture participation, and collaboration with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams. It is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office at Syndigo’s Bangalore location.
