Description
Tekion is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of 10+ engineers, including senior individual contributors and potential Tech Leads. The role owns end-to-end delivery of platform components, architecture and design reviews, engineering quality, performance and technical-debt remediation, cross-functional collaboration, distributed-team coordination, and mentorship. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years managing teams of 7+ engineers, strong Java and Spring Boot expertise, distributed microservices and event-driven architecture experience on AWS, multi-database proficiency, and a record of recruiting and developing senior talent.
