Description
Worley is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across projects and plant operations. The role supervises personnel development, project planning, budgets, discipline staffing, software licenses, engineering standards, peer reviews, HSE compliance, quality programs, and technical performance. It requires project execution, risk, quality, procurement or construction experience; interdisciplinary coordination; decision-making; resource mobilization; and bilingual Spanish and English proficiency. Microsoft Office and data-driven engineering tools are also required.
