Worley is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across projects and plant operations. The role supervises personnel development, project planning, budgets, discipline staffing, software licenses, engineering standards, peer reviews, HSE compliance, quality and technical competency programs, and the execution of engineering proposals. It requires project-execution experience, risk and quality management, interdisciplinarity, decision-making, resource mobilization, and bilingual Spanish-English proficiency, along with Microsoft Office and data-driven engineering tools.
