Zachry Group is hiring an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities for a power generation project from execution through completion. The role manages multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinates with project management, construction, procurement, commissioning, and client stakeholders, oversees engineering change control and technical risks, and ensures deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position can be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Houston, Texas, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of relevant EPC or power-generation project experience.
