Description
The Manager of Batch Stability Studies leads ERCOT’s batch stability activities for large-load interconnection, including data centers and industrial loads, related rulemakings, and revision requests. The role provides engineering analysis and technical support under NERC Standards, ERCOT Protocol, and Market Guides; manages staff hiring, coaching, training, and performance; sets departmental goals; coordinates cross-functional implementation; and represents ERCOT in stakeholder forums. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work in Taylor, Texas at least two to three days per week, with remote work from a Texas residence, and offers a salary range of $159,000 to $218,000.
