Description
ScienceLogic is hiring an Engineering Manager for its PowerPack team in Hyderabad. The role manages approximately 20 software engineers and SDETs, including full-time employees and contractors, and is responsible for people development, hiring, performance management, delivery execution, technical architecture and CI/CD leadership, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives. The manager will also develop emerging leaders and evolve the team structure over time. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, at least 10 years of software engineering experience including 3–5 years leading engineering teams, and hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, distributed systems, databases, event-driven architecture, and AI-enabled features.
