Description
PitchBook is hiring a Data Engineering Manager for its Enterprise Data Platform team to lead data engineers, define the data engineering roadmap, and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines and enterprise data assets. The role combines hands-on technical leadership in cloud data platforms, AI/ML initiatives, data quality and governance, and performance optimization with people management and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, at least 8 years of data engineering experience, and 2+ years of technical team leadership experience. The position is expected to be in the office five days per week and offers an annual base salary of $225,000-$260,000 plus a 15% target annual bonus.
