Description
The Engineering Manager will lead engineering, equipment reliability, OEE, capital projects, and technology initiatives across Glen-Gery’s eight manufacturing facilities. The role standardizes equipment and maintenance practices, improves operational performance, manages major capital projects through implementation and closeout, and collaborates with plant, maintenance, operations, quality, and safety leaders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of experience leading maintenance, engineering, reliability, or related manufacturing functions are required.
