Description
The Engineering Manager leads pharmaceutical facility engineering operations, supervising internal engineers and contract service providers while overseeing utilities, equipment, reliability, maintenance, validation, regulatory compliance, project management, and operational excellence. The role requires a BS in Engineering, at least 10 years of pharmaceutical production experience including six years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of facility systems, instrumentation, cGMP, and pharmaceutical manufacturing validation.
