Description
Wrapbook is hiring a Manager, Engineering-Frontend to lead its Frontend Platform team and own shared frontend infrastructure, component systems, design systems, data grids, reporting frameworks, and UI infrastructure. The role partners with product, design, and engineering teams, sets quality and developer-experience standards, grows the team through coaching and hiring, and drives technical design reviews and engineering roadmap items. It requires at least four years of engineering management experience with a strong individual contributor background, deep frontend expertise in StimulusJS, Hotwire, component systems, and modern frontend tooling, plus experience with shared component libraries, data/reporting systems, Agile/Scrum delivery, and the listed Ruby on Rails, Redis, PostgreSQL/Snowflake, and Kubernetes technologies. The position is remote and open to Canada and the United States, with health and dental benefits.
