Insight Software is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers, manage development work through delivery, and mentor engineers. The role involves designing and developing commercial software, working on ODBC and JDBC drivers, conducting automated testing, participating in design and code reviews, and improving engineering processes. Candidates need 10–14 years of web application development experience in an agile environment, at least two years of people-management experience with a team of eight or more engineers, and strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies; Spring Boot and Vue.js are preferred.
