Description
Summit Polymers is hiring a Manager, Engineering (Manufacturing) to lead the manufacturing engineering team at a manufacturing facility. The role directs tooling, injection molding, paint automation, assembly, and other production processes; develops and validates processes and equipment; leads root-cause problem solving, continuous improvement, and lean initiatives; supports new-product development and engineering changes; and manages preventive maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, five years of automotive engineering experience, supervisory or managerial experience, and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
