Brain Corp is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering technicians and project engineers while overseeing R&D, Quality Assurance and Test, and Production and Repair labs. The role manages manufacturing operations, OEM production support, technical projects, continuous improvement, budgets, resources, and relationships with internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of operations engineering or related experience, and at least 5 years in a leadership role. The position is based in San Diego, California, with travel to OEM facilities as needed, and offers a base salary of $126,536 to $154,655 plus bonus, stock options, retirement matching, and insurance benefits.
