Description
Consilium Safety Group is hiring a Production Engineer to lead robust and scalable manufacturing processes, new product and production-line industrialization, automation investments, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Director of Operations and Supply Chain, supports production and supply-chain operations, coaches the engineering team, and works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and other stakeholders. Candidates need a university-level degree or equivalent experience in production and process development, engineering, or a related technical field, along with production engineering, industrialization, Lean, change-management, and Swedish-English communication skills.
