Digital Realty is hiring a Manager Engineering Operations to serve as the technical lead for data center engineering operations across one or more facilities. The role supervises facility and data center engineers, oversees MEP systems, maintenance, emergency response, change management, vendor coordination, incident resolution, reliability, safety, and operational improvements, and supports accreditation and budgeting activities. The position requires at least five years of related facility management or data center operations experience, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred, and offers $56.00-$62.00 per hour plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
