Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Global Supply Chain is hiring a Manager Engineering Packaging 2 to work onsite in Palmdale, California. The role leads engineers and technical personnel designing packaging and material-handling solutions for safe storage, movement, and transport; manages schedules, quality, delivery, cost, metrics, customer demands, corrective actions, and employee development; and coordinates with manufacturing, suppliers, procurement, and program stakeholders. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or high-school-equivalent education, at least two years of team or project leadership experience, supplier and procurement experience, government-customer engineering solution experience, and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance. The primary salary range is $146,600 to $219,800, with possible overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, and benefits.
