Description
ScienceLogic is hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead its ten-person Platform Engineering team in Hyderabad. The role owns technical direction and architecture for SkylarOne platform modernization, including OS migrations, cloud infrastructure, systems reliability, DevOps/test infrastructure, and networking. The manager will also develop future leaders, manage hiring and performance, optimize infrastructure costs across VMware and AWS, and participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional planning. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field, at least 10 years of engineering experience including 3 years leading engineering teams, and hands-on experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
