Okta is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Agent Access Policies sub-team within the Okta Secures AI group. The role manages engineers, partners with product and technical leadership on strategy and roadmaps, drives quality, security, testing, automation, and AI adoption, leads projects through delivery, and recruits and retains engineering talent. The position requires extensive software development experience, enterprise software design experience, engineering-team management experience, and familiarity with scalable web applications, AI and agentic protocols, server-side frameworks, web security, and identity protocols. The disclosed annual base salary range for candidates located in Canada is CAD 168,000–231,000, with equity, bonus, and benefits.
