Description
The Manager - Engineering Training & Operational Support will manage, coordinate, and schedule training for management and craft-level employees in the Long Island Rail Road Engineering Department, maintain compliance with FRA, NYS, MTA, and other mandated training programs, support safety and compliance initiatives, and provide operational support including emergency lodging reservations and coordination with the Customer Appreciation Program. The role is based in Bethpage, is day-shift and telework-eligible, and requires a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, administrative and analytical experience, Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and a driver’s license.
