Uncommon Schools is hiring a Manager of School Support for NYC Enrollment to lead a four-person regional enrollment team and guide families from initial interest through Day 1 readiness. The role manages lead conversion, outreach, Salesforce and SchoolMint systems, enrollment offers, record compliance, data reporting, and training for school operations teams. It requires a bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of relevant experience, with preferred experience in team management, recruitment, enrollment management, community engagement, outreach, or sales, as well as Spanish fluency and familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Google Drive, SchoolMint, and Salesforce Salescloud. Compensation is $97,400 to $118,000, with a likely offer of $103,300 for qualified candidates.
