Description
Strata is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Continuous Improvement to lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives across its corporate operations. The role will facilitate Kaizen and A3 workshops, partner with executive stakeholders, establish data-driven targets and KPIs, measure improvement outcomes, and build internal capabilities through training, toolkits, and coaching. Candidates need at least five years of continuous improvement or operational excellence experience in a SaaS or technology environment, Lean or Six Sigma certification, facilitation and change-management skills, and Microsoft Office fluency. The preferred location is Chicago, Illinois, with an estimated base salary of $115,000–$135,000 plus discretionary variable pay and benefits.
