Description
McKesson is hiring a Service Management Manager (M2) to lead service management teams and supervisors responsible for the operational health of its enterprise connectivity and integration platform. The role oversees MuleSoft, SAP BTP-IS, GoAnywhere, IBM MQ/MFT, Confluent Kafka, Elasticsearch, SAP BODS, and Spring Boot/Java middleware; manages uptime, performance, migrations, governance, compliance, vendor delivery, CI/CD, budgets, and service improvements; and coaches supervisors and integration engineers. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, typically 6+ years of professional experience and 2–5 years of supervisory experience, and offers a base pay range of $86,900–$115,800.
