BCG Platinion is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Manager for its Helsinki office to lead large-scale ERP, CRM, and SCM transformation projects. The role develops architecture strategies, implementation and rollout roadmaps, client-facing offers, and operational project plans; it also involves leading colleagues, participating in Nordic leadership activities, and applying generative AI tools. Candidates need an above-average degree in a relevant field, at least six years of strategic ERP/CRM/SCM project experience, strong ERP/CRM/SCM methodology knowledge, SAP S/4HANA or related platform expertise, analytical and communication skills, and fluency in one Nordic language and English.
