Parkinson Canada is hiring a Manager, Enterprise Technology & Service Delivery in Toronto for a hybrid role focused on hands-on administration and operational oversight of enterprise applications, Microsoft technologies, network services, cloud platforms, cybersecurity controls, vendor management, governance, and service delivery. The position requires supporting application configuration, access management, troubleshooting, documentation, upgrades, integrations, business continuity, disaster recovery, asset management, and technology enablement while partnering with internal stakeholders and managed service providers to keep systems secure, reliable, and continuously improved.
